How to Unlock “Truthseeker’s Pass”
To unlock “Truthseeker’s Pass,” you must first complete the previous main quest, “To Mt. Firmament.” Once this prerequisite is completed, “Truthseeker’s Pass” will automatically unlock in your quest log.
Quest Walkthrough
- Disable the Photon Barrier on the Gate:
- Interact with the Chronosorter and press the left arrow button to move the large wheel to the right side. This action reveals the Tacetite Fulminate on the cliff above the wheel.
- Control the Tacetite Fulminate:
- Climb up the cliff and use the Levitator to grab the Tacetite Fulminate. Throw it onto the wheel to break a portion of it.
- Use the Chronosorter to Move the Wheel to the Middle:
- Use the Chronosorter to move the wheel to the middle part, allowing you to shoot the three Photonvaults and disable the Photon Barrier.
- Enter Truthseeker’s Pass:
- Enter the area and defeat the TD holograms.
- Activate the Flare Stone (Part One):
- Approach and activate the Flare Stone near the door to trigger a cutscene.
- Leave the Upper Tier for the Middle Tier:
- Follow the yellow marker until the objective changes to “Inspect the CSC tome.” Use the Grappling Hook to reach the marker and inspect the pile of papers to activate a cutscene.
- Solve the Chronosorter Puzzle:
- Follow the yellow marker to a Chronosorter. Press the left arrow button until the pointer is on the left side to solve the puzzle.
- Turn off the Photonvaults and Photon Barrier:
- Use a character with a long-range weapon to hit the Photonvaults and disable the Photon Barrier.
- Enter the Carrier Room:
- Follow the yellow marker into the new area after disabling the Photonvaults.
- Activate the Flare Stone (Part Two):
- Activate the stone in the room to progress the quest objective.
- Take the Carrier Lift to the Lower Tier:
- Walk towards the Carrier Lift and select “To the Lower Tier.”
- Inspect the CSC tome:
- Find the stack of papers on a table in the lower tier and inspect it.
- Go Deeper into Truthseeker’s Pass:
- Follow the yellow marker, triggering a cutscene and leading you to a Photonvault and Chronosorter puzzles.
- Turn off Photonvault and Operate Chronosorter:
- Use a long-range weapon to hit the Photonvaults in a specific order. Solve the Chronosorter puzzle by moving the pointer to the left.
- Defeat Lumiscale Construct: Severedge:
- Approaching the third Flare Stone activates a boss fight with Lumiscale Construct: Severedge. Defeat it to make the third Flare Stone appear.
- Activate the Flare Stone (Part Three):
- Interact with the Flare Stone in the arena after defeating the boss.
- Head to the Carrier Lift:
- Follow the yellow marker to the Carrier Lift and select “To the Upper Tier.”
- Enter the Secret Tunnel:
- Follow the yellow marker to enter the secret tunnel, completing the quest and starting the next one, “Road of Pilgrimage.”
