Introduction to WordPress

WordPress is the content management system (CMS) based on PHP and MySQL developed on May 27, 2003, by American blogger Matt Mullenweg and British blogger Mike Little. WordPress is used to create blogs and Web sites. It is also an open-source product, so users can modify it for their own purposes.
