Bandai Namco, the company behind the highly successful fighting game series ‘Tekken’, has announced that the game will soon be available on the iOS and Android platform.
The game has already been soft launched for Canadian users and registrations for users in US is now live, while global release of the game for Android and iOS devices will be announced soon.
The mobile version of Tekken has an impressive line-up of characters from the popular franchise, and each fighter will have 20 unique special moves in their arsenal. The game features a ‘Story Mode’ that takes players on a mission and lets them explore the mythos of the Tekken universe. There is also a ‘Dojo Challenge’ mode for online battles, that will allow users to build their team of fighters and engage in online battles.
Tekken’s mobile game will be free to download and will have in-app purchases that will allow users to buy upgrades. Bandai Namco has launched a new ‘Tekken Mobile’ website, and has also released an awesome trailer of the upcoming game.
