  • When Breaking enemy targets or attacking enemy targets in the Weakness Break state, deals Break DMG equal to 200% of the attacker’s Break DMG.

Recommended Team

    • You can bring 2 Harmony characters if desired, but if you opt for a healer, bring only one.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Harmony Trailblazer’s Ultimate:
    • Ensure Harmony’s Trailblazer Ultimate is available so Firefly can deal Super Break DMG.
    • Aim to have this Ultimate ready before Firefly’s turn to maximize damage output.
  2. Optimal Use of Stage Buff:
    • Always try to make Firefly perform the Weakness Break to gain the next turn immediately.
    • If an enemy’s Toughness Bar is low and Firefly’s turn is approaching, use non-attacking Skills from allies to avoid breaking the enemy prematurely (e.g., Ruan Mei or Gallagher’s Skill).
    • Occasionally, it’s fine for support characters to execute the Weakness Break if there are no other options.
  3. Target Priority:
    • When facing multiple enemies in a wave, focus on mobs first as they generally have lower Toughness Bars.
    • This strategy ensures continuous turns for Firefly due to the stage buff (refer to video example at 1:12).

  • Increases all allies’ ATK by 20%, which is stackable.

Recommended Team

  • Trial Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae + Trial Sparkle + (Tingyun / Asta / any viable Harmony)

  • Every time enemies receive Break DMG, they gain 1 stack of Contusion, increasing DMG taken by 10%, stacking up to 10 times, and lasting for 2 turns.
  • Allies attacking targets with Contusion deal Break DMG equal to 100% of the attacker’s Break DMG to the target.

Playthrough Video

Tips & Tricks

General Tips

  1. Initial Toughness Reduction: Every enemy starts with their initial Toughness reduced to 50% of their Max Toughness.
  2. Contusion Stacks: When enemies receive Break DMG, they are inflicted with 1 stack of Vulnerability (represented by an icon beside their HP bar). Focus attacks on enemies with the most Vulnerability stacks to maximize Break DMG.

Specific Strategies

1. Utilizing Boothill:

  • Let Boothill defeat the mobs first to gain Pocket Trickshot stacks. Aim to get the maximum stack before facing elite enemies.
  • Try to get Boothill to inflict Weakness Break on enemies due to his high damage output.

2. Harmony MC’s Ultimate:

  • Activate Harmony MC’s Ultimate as soon as possible, preferably before Boothill uses his Enhanced Basic ATK to deal Super Break DMG. The same applies to Ruan Mei’s Skill and Ultimate.

3. Dealing with Elite Enemies:

  • In waves 3 and 5, where you face two elite enemies, prioritize one based on your team composition.
  • If you lack a healer to remove debuffs, defeat The Ascended first to prevent her from inflicting the Black Prana debuff, which reduces max HP. If you have a healer, choose any elite enemy to defeat first based on the situation.

Conclusion

Stage 5 – Fatal Weakness in Honkai Star Rail’s Stellar Shimmer Event is a challenging yet rewarding experience. By following this guide and utilizing the recommended team and strategies, you can efficiently defeat the enemies and earn high rewards. Stage 6 – Unending Finality | Stellar Shimmer Event Guide | Honkai Star Rail

Introduction

Stage 6 of the Stellar Shimmer Event in Honkai Star Rail, titled “Unending Finality,” presents a unique challenge with its powerful stage buff. This guide will help you navigate this stage effectively by recommending the best team, strategies, and tips to ensure success.

Stage Buff

The stage buff in “Unending Finality” significantly influences your strategy:

  • Each time an ally uses their Ultimate a total of 3 times, they immediately activate their Ultimate again.
  • After any ally uses their Ultimate, all allies’ DMG increases by 10%, stacking up to 99 times and lasting for 2 turns.

Recommended Team

To maximize the benefits of the stage buff and efficiently clear Stage 6, use the following characters:

  • Trial Argenti
  • Trial Huohuo
  • Tingyun
  • Asta

If you main Argenti, you’ll know that Huohuo and Tingyun are the best support for him because they can provide him with Energy. The last slot can be filled with a Harmony or Nihility character since Huohuo covers healing.

Playthrough Video

For a visual guide, check out our playthrough video that demonstrates the strategies discussed in this guide.

Tips & Tricks

General Tips

  1. Ultimate Activation:
    • After a single ally uses their Ultimate 3 times, they will immediately activate it again. You can monitor this with the Ultimate stack icon below their HP.
    • In Argenti’s case, even if you use his initial Ultimate (90 Energy) 3 times, he will still get the full Ultimate (180 Energy) as the extra Ultimate.
  2. Using Argenti’s Ultimate:
    • Before using Argenti’s Ultimate, ensure Tingyun’s Skill is activated on him. At the start of the stage, use Argenti’s Skill at least once before his Ultimate to gain the free Crit Rate from his kit.
  3. Skill Point Management:
    • Only heal when necessary to save Skill Points for Argenti. Support characters should primarily use Basic ATK after using their Skill once to conserve SP.

Specific Strategies

1. Utilizing AoE DPS:

  • Argenti’s attacks are primarily AoE, making him effective against groups of enemies. Ensure that whenever any character except Argenti attacks, they target the remaining mobs in each wave.
  • There are numerous mobs in this stage that only spawn when previous mobs are defeated. The supporters’ role is to buff Argenti while also removing some of the mobs.

2. Argenti’s Ultimate:

  • Argenti’s Ultimate can easily clear mobs but requires multiple uses to defeat the boss. Typically, it takes around 4 of his initial Ultimates or 2 full Ultimates to defeat the boss, excluding tougher enemies like Sam who have high HP.

Conclusion

Stage 6 – Unending Finality in Honkai Star Rail’s Stellar Shimmer Event offers a challenging yet rewarding experience. By following this guide and utilizing the recommended team and strategies, you can efficiently defeat the enemies and earn high rewards. Keep practicing and refining your tactics to achieve the best results.

Stage 7 – Incremental Repetition | Stellar Shimmer | Honkai Star Rail

Stage 7 – Incremental Repetition

Recommended Team

Stage Buff: After allies use Ultimates or launch follow-up attacks, each target hit will grant 1 stack of Starlight, increasing all allies’ DMG dealt by 3%, stacking up to 999 times. Whenever 10 stacks of Starlight are gained, additional DMG is dealt to all enemy targets, which increases with higher Starlight stacks.

F2P Team:

  • Trial Jade
  • Trial Herta
  • Pela/Asta
  • Gallagher

P2P Team:

  • Jade
  • Herta
  • Robin
  • Aventurine

Tips & Tricks

  • Starlight Stacks: After an ally uses an Ultimate or launches a follow-up attack, they gain corresponding Starlight stacks based on the number of targets hit. This increases the team’s DMG boosting effect. The stacks can be seen under their HP bar.
  • Additional Damage: For every 10 Starlight stacks gained, additional fixed DMG is dealt to enemies. This DMG increases with more Starlight stacks.
  • Maximize Starlight: Using the Trial characters, you should be able to get 100 stacks around wave 4. With 100 stacks, the stage will deal a fixed amount of damage to all enemies (the higher the stack, the bigger the damage).
  • Erudition Characters: Both Herta and Jade are Erudition characters, so their damage to single-target isn’t as high. Rely on the Starlight stack to deal extra damage. Although the max stacks are 999, you can get at most ~250 stacks with the Trial Characters.

Strategy

  1. Formation and Rotation: Start with setting up your characters in a formation that allows for quick stacking of Starlight. Utilize Ultimates and follow-up attacks frequently to maximize Starlight stacks.
  2. Focus on AoE Attacks: Given that both Herta and Jade specialize in AoE damage, focus on attacking groups of enemies to increase the Starlight stacks faster.
  3. Manage Skills and Ultimates: Pay attention to the timing of skills and Ultimates to ensure continuous stacking and maximize the damage output from the Starlight buff.
  4. Adapt to Waves: Adjust your strategy based on the enemies in each wave, prioritizing the use of skills that hit multiple targets.

Rewards

Completing the stage with an S Rank will yield high-tier rewards, including Polychrome, Denny, and rare materials for character upgrades and equipment.

Day 8 – Incremental Repeitition | Stellar Shimmer | Honkai Star Rail

Stage 8 – Plague of Misfortune

Recommended Team

Stage Buff: After allies use an Ultimate to attack enemy targets, Advance the target’s action Forward by 100% but decreases its ATK by 65% with a high chance of inflicting Bleed, Shock, Burn, and Wind Shear that last for 2 turns. After enemy targets take action, the DoT they receive increases by 10%, stacking up to 10 times and lasting for 2 turns. Moreover, when they use attacks, the attacked allies regenerate 10 Energy.

F2P Team:

  • Trial Kafka
  • Trial Black Swan
  • Asta/Pela
  • Gallagher

P2P Team:

  • Kafka
  • Black Swan
  • Acheron/Pela
  • Huohuo/Aventurine/Gepard

It’s best if you bring a team with everyone’s Ultimate attacking enemies instead of Harmony with Ultimate that buff your characters. This will make the enemies get more DoT debuff and kill them faster.

Tips & Tricks

  • Stage Buff Utilization: After allies attack enemies with their Ultimates, enemy actions will be Advanced Forward by 100%, they will deal less DMG and be inflicted with various DoT effects.
  • DoT Effects: Ultimates that don’t attack an enemy (e.g., Tingyun’s Ultimate) do not count for the stage buff. After an enemy takes action, allies instantly use Ultimates to attack the enemy. The enemy then immediately takes action again and receives a DoT effect.
  • Energy Management: Although your character will regenerate extra Energy when an enemy attacks (from the stage buff), it wasn’t that much. Plan wisely on when to use those Ultimates (which auto-play might not manage well).
  • Elite Enemies: Save your Energy for elite enemies who can summon mobs like the Sweet Gorilla, Frigid Prowler, and Yanqing. Release it when the elite enemy has finished summoning more mobs.
  • Ultimate Management: Don’t waste your Ultimate when the boss has only ~5% HP left; save it for the next wave.
  • Yanqing Boss Fight: Kafka and Black Swan can destroy all the swords Yanqing summons. Use Ultimate once and the swords will gain DoT debuff that can kill them. Be cautious of being frozen by Yanqing’s attacks; bring a healer that can remove the debuff or a shielder for added protection.

Strategy

  1. Formation and Rotation: Start with setting up your characters in a formation that allows for quick stacking of DoT effects. Utilize Ultimates frequently to maximize debuffs on the enemies.
  2. Focus on Ultimates: Ensure that Ultimates are used strategically to inflict maximum DoT and advance enemy actions forward.
  3. Manage Skills and Ultimates: Pay attention to the timing of skills and Ultimates to ensure continuous stacking of DoT and maximize the damage output.
  4. Adapt to Waves: Adjust your strategy based on the enemies in each wave, prioritizing the use of skills that hit multiple targets.

Rewards

Completing the stage with an SS Rank will yield high-tier rewards, including Polychrome, Denny, and rare materials for character upgrades and equipment.
