Instagram Brings Your Activity Tab to iOS

Instagram is finally rolling out its own “Your Activity” feature that would track how much time users spend on the app. You can set daily time limits for the number of hours you can use the app, and also have the option to temporarily mute push notifications under the new features.

Announced back in August, Instagram would be adding more safeguards through Your Activity aiming to give users more control over how they interact with social media to mitigate addiction, reckless surfing, and poor phone-life balance.
