The OR-IEH-01 error on Google pay shows the error message, “An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later.” Error code: [OR-IEH-01]” While the error OR-IEH-02 gives you the error message, “Can’t purchase. Error OR-IEH-02“
Why you are getting Google AdSense Payment errors?
There are different reasons why you are seeing these particular Google AdSense Payments errors. Google may have seen potential fraud or risk when purchasing using your (credit) card hence blocking you with the error message.
Or your firmware may be unknown to Google, or you may be using a VPN service, which hides your IP address from Google.
Also, details on your credit card do not match with the information in your Google Payments.
How to Fix Google AdSense Payment Errors?
Here is how you can solve Google Payment errors:
- The first thing you need to do is if you are using a VPN or a proxy service, it is best to temporarily disable it.
- The errors OR-IEH-01 and OR-IEH-02 will lead to the temporary suspension of your account. Google will send an email on how you will need to verify your account. Follow the instructions and submit your identification card or documents.
- Aside from your ID, you may also submit documents with your name and address. These documents include utility bills or bank statements that will support your identification card and verify your account. Here is the link to verify your account.
- Finally, make sure that your card details match the name and address indicated in your Google Payments.
