Gmail Now Converts Contact Numbers, Addresses and Emails into Clickable Links

With the latest update in Google’s email service Gmail, Google has finally added the ability for the service to identify Contact Numbers, Emails, Addresses, website, blogs, etc and turn these into clickable links (not to mentions their text color changes to blue like hyperlinks though).

This update has been rolled into its Gmail Mobile App (both for Android and iOS), Gmail Website and the inbox website. All you need to do it to type the Phone Number, the Address, etc and the service will automatically convert it into clickable links. Yet in some cases the Address option still needs improvements. Most of the time it works and the addresses will then can be opened in Google Maps – which is great; and contact numbers will open in the dialer app if you are using your mobile.

Still if you haven’t got the update till now don’t worry Google expects a full roll-out within the next 2-3 days.
