Quest Location:
Go to Simulanka: The quest “They Once Walked the Starry Sky” is located at Constellation Metropole, in the nation of Simulanka. This is a brand new limited-time map introduced in Version 4.8.
How to Unlock:
Complete Prerequisites: You must complete the quest “The Story Begins in a Forest Without Rain” to unlock this quest.
Walkthrough:
- Wait Until Morning:
- Change the in-game time to 08:00 – 12:00 to start the quest.
- This can be done through the main menu.
- Go to the Forest of Blessings Station:
- Head to the Forest of Blessings Rail Station platform.
- Meet Cedule the Train Master, Wheel the Conductor, and Kirara.
- Connect the Train Carriages:
- Before departing, connect the train carriages of the Maritime Express.
- Go to one of the carriages at the end of the track and press the button to attach it to the train.
- Talk to the Conductor to Depart:
- After connecting the carriages, talk to the conductor and prepare to depart to Constellation Metropole.
- Ride the Maritime Express:
- Wave goodbye to the forest dwellers and ride the Maritime Express to Constellation Metropole.
- Upon arrival, Kirara will stay at the Metropole Station, unlocking the quest marker for the Narration Footnotes Quest.
- Go to the Gear Sky Ladder:
- On arrival, head to the Gear Sky Ladder and meet Bleufond, who needs help saving his friend Bleucher.
- Turn the gear and save the toy man by attacking the constellation clockwork device once to rewind the event and interacting with the oracle pillar to spawn a magical thread to save Bleucher.
- Unlock Trials:
- Completing the event with Bleucher unlocks the Flying Hatter’s Trick and Metropole Trials.
- Seek Scattered Stars:
- Go to the city’s highest point to rescue scattered stars and toy guards from enemies attacking the castle.
- Seek a total of three scattered stars around the Constellation Metropole.
- Located in a staircase upon reaching the castle from the lowest point.
- Defeat enemies on the staircases and grab the star between the two staircases.
- Located at the far end of the castle balcony.
- Defeat enemies and retrieve the star from two citizens.
- Located before the elevator to the city’s highest point.
- Pull out the guards stuck on the wall to retrieve the star.
- Turn the Gear and Capture the Suspicious Person:
- Use the Superglue Dispenser and the Clockwork Key to change the order of events and retrieve the Magical Thread.
- Connect the Oracle Pillars:
- Connect the Oracle Pillars to thread them into a specific shape, resembling a Primogem or a star.
- A cutscene with the Goddess of Prophecy will occur once you grab the Scattered Star at the middle.
- Return to the Highest Point:
- Return to the highest point and speak with Navia.
- Ride the Aerial Express:
- Ride the Aerial Express with Navia at the highest point of the city.
- Restore the stars to their positions by waiting for Navia to stop the train and interacting with the glowing light near you.
- Final Cutscene:
- After the train ride, return to the city’s highest point for a cutscene with Nilou, Navia, two royal guards, and two citizens.
