Main Features of Sweet Home 3D | Design Your Home
There are a lot of features in this software. I have shown some of the features in the video below. Well to name a few features you can draw the walls of rooms upon the image of an existing plan with exact dimensions, change the color or the texture of the walls, draw dimensions, drag and drop furniture and other items necessary for a home in the plan from a catalog organized by categories (living room, kitchen). You can also import additional 3D models already created or downloaded from different Web sites. You can change the size, the orientation and the elevation of each piece of furniture and other items with the mouse, view the changes in the plan simultaneously in the 3D view (which is awesome), either from an aerial view point , or from a virtual visitor view point, print the home plan and the 3D view. Each change in the 2D plan is simultaneously updated in the 3D view, to show you a realistic rendering of your layout.
One of the important feature I personally like is you can give someone kind of a 3D tour of your designed structure. All you need to do is when your job is done you can record a video by adjusting camera at different points in your home and then record in different formats (detailed instructions given in the video).
Sweet Home 3D is an interior design software that helps you design your home. This program is aimed at people who want to design their interior quickly, whether they are moving or they just want to redesign their existing home. Numerous visual guides help you draw the plan of your home and layout furniture.
